The IDEA Center in Ryazan held a seminar in computer competency and work place adaptation for vocational college graduates about to enter the workforce for the first time.

The seminar participants who had already taken the IDEA course in Computer Fundamentals asked many questions connected with challenges that the regional market poses for recent vocational school graduates. Together with the seminar facilitator they tried to find optimal ways of applying the knowledge and skills they had acquired at the IDEA Center to meet the requirements of potential employers. In conclusion the seminar participants did a small self-check of their computer competency that once again proved the reliability of their newly acquired skills and gave them every hope of finding suitable employment before long.
