The main focus of the IDEA Center at the National Library of the Chuvash Republic is to provide local culture workers, rural residents and underserved population groups with basic computer literacy training and adequate ICT technologies skills for their professional work.

Currently 1407 people have received training at IDEA computer courses and seminars, including 601 participants of 54 Microsoft Unlimited Potential courses.
